Delivery Coverage

  • We operate and deliver exclusively within Pakistan.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Delivery Fee: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Lahore: 2 to 3 Working Days

  • Other Cities Across Pakistan: 3 to 5 Working Days

Note on Exceptional Delays: Under special conditions—such as severe weather, public holidays, courier operational issues, or road blockages—delivery to remote areas or during high-volume sales may take 6 to 7 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS or Email with your Courier Tracking ID so you can track your order in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Please ensure your phone number and complete address are accurate at checkout.

  • The courier rider will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the parcel goes uncollected, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Please hand over the exact cash amount (including the Rs. 200 shipping fee) to the courier rider upon receiving your sealed package.
